Bird Sanctuary in the Fall

This past July we made a trip to the bird sanctuary in Augusta. Bennett and Annabelle had so much fun that we promised we'd go back in the fall when we could see more migrating birds and when the colors on the trees were changing. We thought today was the perfect day. The weather was great. And again, we had a wonderful time.

Homecoming

Homecoming was this past Friday. It was our last home game. Thankfully it was a beautiful night. Darrin is the 9th grade class adviser. Here is a lovely family picture in front of the 9th grade, Hulk themed float.

Nottawa Fruit Farm 2010

So smiley after a nice nap attached to Mom.

Annabelle found herself the perfect pumpkin.

Sophia, Annabelle, and Stella

The weather and company were great this year. The only thing that could have made it better would have been for our little buddy Bennett to be able to come with us. But Annabelle had a great time with her friends and fortunately Eliza slept the whole time in the front carrier. Here are the pictures. Unfortunately there was a smudge on my camera lens so the pictures look blurry.

Because I always want to remember...

that when they were three and four, the first thing that Bennett and Annabelle did when Bennett got off the school bus was give each other a big hug. This happens every day without fail and I will forever cherish the memory!

Baby. Baby. Baby.

I've had fun going through old pictures tonight. Here are our 3 babies at about 2 months old.

2 Months BABY!

10 pounds 9 and 1/2 ounces (50th percentile)

22 and 1/2 inches (75 percentile)

Head-16 inches (90th percentile)

Two months ago, Lizey Doo, you made what seemed impossible, possible. You brought even more love into our home.
Eliza Arrin, you bring so much joy to our family. We LOVE you!!

And on a side note sweet girl, although you can't tell in these pictures, you have some very blond hair. This is unique to you, as your brother and sister started out with dark hair. Now we're wondering if your hair will be curly like Annabelle's or straight like Bennett's. Although we would love to keep you little, we also can't wait to watch you grow and change. You've already changed so much in two months. Love, love, love you baby!

a very fAiRy PrINceSs day

Here is what little girls do when their very own fairy grandmother comes to visit on their very own special day...

Have hair and nails done at the salon...

Visit the library to check out princess books...

And have very fairy pink shakes for lunch...

Yup...that's what little girls do when their fairy grandmother visits!
