Hotel Fun!
Starting last year, instead of gifts, my mom and Jeff get a hotel for us on Christmas afternoon and we all hang out and of course SWIM. It's a lot of fun! This year Darrin and I and the big kids, along with my brother Curt took time away from the pool to go see We Bought a Zoo which was really good. There was a bit more "language" than I would have liked for the kids but I think it went right over their heads. Here are a few pictures from the hotel.

In the above picture my sweet Bennett is 6! I took a picture on the last day he was 5. It's the picture below. Does he look younger :)??

Okay. Here we go...(not in chronological order)
Annabelle had her first day of preschool.
We cheered on the Magi at one of our home football games.
Annabelle, Eliza and I, along with friends, visited Savannah's dad's work. The kids had a great time climbing into all the trucks.
Bennett had his first day of kindergarten.
We enjoyed the last few days of summer to the fullest.
In the following videos we are CLEARLY (sorry about our annoying voices) trying to get Eliza to say touchdown. She was saying it so well up until I got the camera out but she was being silly so I thought the videos were worth posting.
And the final video I have is of Eliza taking some of her FIRST STEPS!! Today (9/27/11) she decided that walking might be worth a try. FUN FUN!
